For our inaugural iteration, join us for this heavenly Hill Country mash-up where culinary-meets-country. Bryan’s on 290 from Johnson City will take over our kitchen for a multi-course dinner with rustically-refined drinks designed by our team.
Chef Bryan Gillenwater debuted his bungalow-based Johnson City restaurant to rave reviews, furthering what Treaty Oak has known all along: the Texas Hill Country offers some seriously awesome cuisine!
Our evening together will open with a welcome cocktail and appetizer followed by five courses from Chef William Rivera of Bryan’s on 290, perfectly paired with craft cocktails using Treaty Oak Ghost Hill Bourbon, Waterloo No.9 and Old Yaupon Gins, plus red and white wine from Treaty Oak’s own label.
We’re thrilled to partner with Bryan's on 290 for this first of many exciting pairing dinners, highlighting the ever-evolving eats and sips of Central Texas.
